Merano has always been a city in which health and well-being have played a predominant role.
Thanks also to its beautiful spas, the city has always stood out in South Tyrol for a particular attention to the health of its guests and its inhabitants.
This may be why an important appointment will be held in Merano from 22 to 23 April 2023 , in its 11th edition in Merano: Yoga Meeting, an event dedicated to yoga and the holistic world.
In recent years yoga has become part of the lives of many, becoming a good habit practiced regularly and even introduced into school educational programs, anyone, in fact, can approach yoga!
For an entire weekend he will be the protagonist in Merano, there will be meetings on the subject, in-depth seminars on various topics relating to this ancient discipline, open lessons of various levels, during which to experiment and begin to learn more about it. Yoga masters will also hold workshops, meditation meetings, consultations.
For those who wish, it will also be possible to have Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Watsu and Kinesiology treatments .
The event will be held in a truly unique setting in Merano, the Kurhaus , which for the occasion will be transformed into a true oasis of well-being and meditation, for a few days it will seem to be in an isolated and mystical oriental temple.
